CONFERENCES, MEETINGS & EVENTS IN WORCESTER
All of our hubs have free WiFi and most have their own free parking. We can arrange catering and refreshments for your event at an affordable cost, or if you are looking to do your own catering, all of our hubs have kitchens available for hire.
So, whether you are holding a board room meeting for 12, a week long training course for 30 or a conference for 100, we can accommodate you.
By booking with us, you are supporting a wide range of community services and programmes. All of the profits made via room and facility hire go back into providing services for the local community.
If you haven’t used our facilities before, or if you haven’t visited for a while, we would be delighted to show you around any of our hubs.

If you require access to a kitchen, for use of the tap, kettle and cups, you will be charged at a fixed rate of £10 for the duration of your booking. Please note Worcester Community Trust staff, volunteers and other bookings may also access the kitchen during this time.
