        Representing the City

At WCT we want to be an organisation that’s representative of the communities we serve, which is why we strive for diversity of age, ethnicity, sexual orientation, physical and mental ability, gender identity and perspective in our team.

We are a local employer and invest in the skills, training, and experiences of our local communities. We are particularly interested in hearing from applicants from areas local to our centres, and also people who represent the Asian and African Heritage communities and LGBTQIA communities in our city. If there are any aspects of the role you feel like you don’t have experience of, but still think you’ll make a good candidate please complete the form or covering letter and outline why you’d be the best person for the role.
