Today marks the official launch of the JOY Project in Malvern!
After seven years of incredible success in Worcester, the JOY project, which aims to help women take control of their wellness, engage in social activities and access new skills through training and volunteering opportunities, will now be on offer for women in Malvern too.
Following a successful bid for funding from Worcestershire County Council and Public Health, we are incredibly happy to be branching the service out into the wider county, with Malvern being the first new area to officially open.
Today’s launch event which is taking place at the Cube between 10am and 12.30pm, will be an opportunity for professionals and the local community to learn more about JOY across the county and how the project can support each local community.
Following the launch event, a weekly programme will be taking place in Malvern on Thursdays between 9.30am and 1.30pm.
