Our Pathways Mentor is here to support people aged 16+ in our community who are ready to find their feet in employment or training.

Whether someone is currently unemployed, NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training), looking to career-change, or just needs a bit of a confidence boost to get started, we are here to help them find and take their next steps.

Our mission is simple: to bridge the gap between where a person is now and where they want to be.

We focus on the practical side of things—building the “work-ready” skills that help you feel confident and prepared. We work closely with partners like GLP Training to ensure the training we provide leads to real-world, tangible job outcomes.

CSCS & Site Safety Training

For those interested in construction or trade, we can help you obtain your CSCS Card and Level 1 Site Safety qualification—completely free. It’s a huge door-opener for the industry.
