Electrical
The Building Block is a Logic Approved Assessment Centre.
We run two accredited Electrical Courses – Essential Electrics and Part P Domestic Electrician.
Essential Electrics – Course cost £190
The Essential Electrics course covers the safe isolation of equipment, using test equipment and testing repairs prior to energising.
At the end of the course, candidates will need to demonstrate that they can undertake simple wiring tasks such as safe isolations, basic wiring and testing repairs.

Part P Domestic Electricians Course – Course Cost £790
The Part P Full Scope is often called the Domestic Installers Course and this reflects the nature of the work undertaken by those who hold this qualification. This is the right course for you if you wish to carry out full electrical installations in dwellings i.e. Full House Re-wires, Distribution Board change overs or work on more than circuit in a dwelling at any given time. This is ideal for anyone already working as a Plumber, Plasterer, Bricklayer etc who may want to get certified for domestic work.
If you would like to take this course you will need to have basic electrical knowledge.
This duration of the course is 5 days starting on Monday 25th February 2019 and running until Friday 1st March 2019. It starts at 9.00am finishing at 4.00pm. The course is certified by Logic Certification and the cost is £790 per person.
