This course is for beginners who have a very basic knowledge of using a computer and are ready to build skills in word processing, internet, email and saving and printing files.

This course is provided free of charge through Government funding for learners who meet one or more of the following criteria. To be eligible you must satisfy at least one of the following:
  • I do not have a job.  I am in receipt of a means-tested benefit and this course will lead to me gaining employment.
    Please note: You will be required to provide evidence of your entitlement to benefit dated within the last 3 months.
  • You are age 19 – 23 and you don’t already have 5 GCSEs at A* – C or another full Level 2 qualification issued in the UK
  • Your needs have been assessed by one of our partners and you have been referred to this course
  • Worcestershire Adult Learning courses are for all individuals aged 19 or above who have either:
    • lived in UK or another EU country for the last 3 years or more
    • have indefinite leave to remain in the UK
    • have British Citizenship
